Refund Policy...

Within 3 days of purchase, you may return any item in its new, unopened original condition for a full refund of the purchase price.

If you order a product and then decide to cancel or return an item due to reasons other than an error on our part, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund and it is your responsibility to pay return postage on parts plus any restocking fee the distributor charges us for the product return.

If you decide to return an item because you simply do not want it, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund within the first 3 days. After 3 days have lapsed for the purchase of a product we will not give a refund or credit of any type.

We do not refund special order purchases unless we have made an error in shipment

and due to resale laws, we can NOT refund the purchase of ELECTRICAL PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED AND OR INSTALLED, instead, these returns will be governed by the manufacturer's warranty. If the item is defective, you can return it to the manufacturer and they will warranty their product. We will assist you with a phone number to contact the manufacturer by.
